Det går alldeles utmärkt utan förbud. And: Folk brukar tala varmt om cheferna på BA02 som ledde OP Böllebank som krigsmän. Enligt sägnen anföll de ur utgångsgruppering på Vita Villan där de hade pimplat vin när bosnien-serberna började skjuta mot Nordbat2. Lätt påstrukna gjorde de uppsittning i PBV och resten är historia med hjältestatus. As I read from it, there seems to be a rumor/legend about Christer Svensson and Lars Mølle were rather loaded with booze during OP Bøllebank, I am wondering if it is "just" a rumor or there is more to it than so? Do anyone know how/where/when that came up? which leads me to I have at some point been told that Christer Svenssons career was halted after BA02 due to the high command in sweeden was rather unpleased by the fact that they opened such massive fire back on an UN Mission, any comments on this subject? Hello Swedes, NOW I start to get really curious, with 1,565 views and NO replies,.....!!! Are there some kind of tabu or shame from Swedish point of view about OP Bøllebank? The reasom for this question is that I have tryed to get in contact with quiet a few people that I KNOW were on BA02, and almost ALL say, no I wasn't there, no I don't know anything. What we are trying to achive is to write up the "compleete" history about OP Bøllebank, including the Swedish attempt from TL (10:e PSKKMP) QRF to reach OP Tango 2, that they had to abandon after taking fire in Kalesija. (who want to go up against T12 AT cannons, Sagger and T55's in a PBV 302?, not to mention mortars and arty) It is our honest belief that the Swedes played a far greater role in OP Bøllebank than previous written accounts suggests, we have written testemony to this, BUT we would really like to get theese confirmed by the ones that were actually on the ground that evening. If I boil it down to basics, then maybe 20-30 were involved, 6-12 on Tango 2, 6-8 on Christer Svenssons PBV including himself, and a MECH INF platoon from Tango Lime (10:e PSKKMP) Now are there really none of these here, or people that know them? Hello "swedes" I must say that I am rather amused that no one have responded to this, perhaps a furter explenation as to what it is about, will help a bit. I am a veteran from NORDBAT1/FYROM COMMAND SCANDCOY1 1994-95 that together with another Danish veteran from UNPROFOR/SECTOR NORTH CROATIA is gathering material for a series of articles or perhaps a book, about the NORDIC co-operation during UNPROFOR in ex-jugoslavia. We are currently gathering for the 1994 operation Bøllebank, and we would like to get into contact withpeople from 10:e PSKKMP (Tango Lima) and people from Victor Lima. We have a number of rumors that we would like to either confirm or dismiss, and because we do things the propper way, we will only bring things into the articles that can be verified by 2 or more people. Hejsan Svenska peacepeekers. I will write in english, as you may not all understand my flat danish language I am looking for peacekeepers that served in Nordbat BA02 in 1994, during operation "bøllebank" I will particularly like to get in contact with soldiers that were on Tango 2 during the operation, and/or the crew of Christer Svenssons PBV.
