Rules for the SoldF.com Forum
By using the forum you accept the rules below. They apply in addition to the SoldF.com membership terms.
BlåGul are the forum's moderators. The name – “blue-yellow” – comes from the armbands worn by Swedish exercise umpires: the people who rule on what counts and what doesn't.
Liability and disclaimer
§ 1. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING YOU POST.
You are personally responsible for everything you publish on the forum. SoldF.com is not responsible for posts written by users, and anyone who breaks these rules or the law bears the consequences themselves.
§ 2. SoldF.com cannot guarantee that the content of a post or thread is accurate and takes no responsibility for the correctness of what is written. Each user is responsible for the information given in their own posts.
§ 3. SoldF.com is an open meeting place run under controlled forms. We take no responsibility for the opinions our visitors express or for the actions they take.
§ 4. Under no circumstances shall SoldF.com, its suppliers or any other party involved in developing or operating the site be held liable for damages of any kind – direct or indirect, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption – arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the website.
§ 5. SoldF.com and its administrators do not guarantee that the website is always available or that the server is free from viruses or other malicious code.
§ 6. All use of SoldF.com is at your own risk and on your own responsibility. SoldF.com is not liable for any costs that may arise from your use of the website.
Conduct and content
§ 7. Treat others with respect.
§ 8. Do not publish posts that are untrue or deliberately distorted, abusive, crude, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, blasphemous, sexually oriented or threatening, that invade anyone's privacy, or that in any other way violate the law.
§ 9. Posts without substance – for example “cool”, “I agree”, or posts consisting only of smileys – do not move the discussion forward and will be removed without warning whenever BlåGul (the moderators) see fit.
§ 10. Check that the subject has not already been covered before you start a new thread. If it has, post in the existing thread instead – it will automatically move back to the top.
§ 11. Repealed.
§ 12. Politics is not discussed on this forum, as such discussions tend to derail. BlåGul (the moderators) may grant exceptions and will announce this in the thread concerned.
§ 13. Nazism, National Socialism, communism, xenophobia and race biology have no place here. Posts of that kind may lead to suspension and, where applicable, a report to the police.
§ 14. Information that could harm the security of Sweden, or that is classified under law or under an agreement with the Swedish Armed Forces or any other public authority, must obviously not be published here.

§ 15. Buying and selling services or equipment is not permitted on the forum.
§ 16. Distributing copyrighted material – such as films, software, games or music – is prohibited unless you own the material yourself or have the rights holder's permission.
Moderation and reporting
§ 17. BlåGul (the moderators) and the administrators have the right, at any time and without prior warning, to remove or edit posts, issue warnings, delete accounts, log IP addresses and ban users.
If you come across a post you react to, contact us immediately by e-mail or with the “Report” button.
Account, profile and signature
§ 18. You are free to remain anonymous, but lying about your identity or your service record is prohibited. Your profile is an important part of building trust, and we would like you to fill in as much as possible – it adds credibility to your posts.
Holding more than one account without express permission is not allowed. Contact us if you wish to change your visible username.
§ 19. Your avatar should be a picture of yourself. Unsuitable images are removed by BlåGul (the moderators) without warning.
§ 20. Your signature must not contain large images or anything perceived as disruptive or offensive. Only smaller images, no larger than about 300 × 60 pixels, are permitted as decoration (a small banner, for instance). The signature must not contain links to other forums, companies or commercial products, and it must never overshadow the content of the forum. BlåGul (the moderators) may grant exceptions.
Exceptions
§ 21. C Forum (Chef Forum, the forum commander) or BlåGul (the moderators) reserve the right to grant exceptions to these rules at any time, where this is judged necessary or appropriate.
Governing law
By using SoldF.com and making information available here, you accept these rules and the membership terms in force. These terms shall be construed in accordance with Swedish law, and disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
